The 548.8 kW rooftop photovoltaic power station specially designed by Jiawei Photovoltaic Power Plant Business Department for Zhongshan POSO Lighting Co., Ltd. passed the review of the power grid company on June 30, and was connected to the grid to generate electricity, supplying 80% of the electricity used by the Zhongshan Pinshang Lighting production plant. , to realize the vision of green energy production.

Since its establishment, Jiawei has been committed to the research and development and production of high-efficiency photovoltaic panels, and has built a high-efficiency photovoltaic power generation system through its own excellent SUNPOWER high-efficiency modules and a new generation of MWT (metal penetration technology) modules. This is the first time to use single crystal SUNPOWER modules with a module efficiency of 17.4% and MWT polycrystalline photovoltaic cell modules with a module efficiency of 16.7%, both of which are ahead of the market in efficiency.

The distributed photovoltaic power station project of Zhongshan Pinshang Lighting Co., Ltd. has a total designed power of 548.8 kilowatts. It uses 4480 95-watt high-efficiency SUNPOWER monocrystalline silicon modules and 440 280-watt MWT photovoltaic cell modules, which are installed on the roof of the Zhongshan Pinshang Lighting Co., Ltd. workshop.

The direct benefit of solar power generation - in the case of high radiation in summer, the daily power generation is 3000 kWh, which can occupy 80% of the factory's electricity consumption during the day, and generate economic benefits of 4,500 yuan per day for Pinshang Lighting. The total expected operating benefit in the next 25 years is about 120 million kWh, equivalent to burning about 3,833 tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 9,584 tons, sulfur dioxide by about 27 tons, and nitrogen oxides by about 27 tons. , emission reduction of 0.18 tons of smoke and dust.

The indirect benefit is that the rooftop solar panel can effectively block direct sunlight, reduce the temperature of the top floor by more than 2 degrees Celsius, and reduce the power consumption of the air conditioner on the top floor. It is expected to save 15,000 yuan per month in air-conditioning electricity costs in summer.

The Pinshang Lighting Factory uses solar energy as the production of electricity. As the first practical case in Xiaolan, Zhongshan, it is hoped that this successful model can be extended to other factories for green power, and to fulfill a corporate responsibility for global environmental protection.
