Learn the company's corporate culture, basic lighting knowledge and lighting design under different scenarios through visiting exhibitions, internal lecturer lectures and CD-ROM lectures, so as to help colleagues in the company unify design standards and standardize design and drawing; Enhance service awareness and meet customer needs.

The training lasted for five days, and more than 40 designers stationed abroad returned to the headquarters to participate in the training. On the 20th, all trainers were organized to visit the lamp Expo. On the 21st, they trained the company's internal management system and basic knowledge of lighting design. On the 22nd and 23rd, they entered the climax of the training. The courses included professional knowledge such as hotel lighting, shopping mall lighting design, villa lighting design and clothing display lighting design. On the 24th, the training was coming to an end, The director of the lighting design department explained the system of the lighting design department and how to promote the daily work to the trainers in detail. On the 25th, the designers stationed abroad returned.
The training strengthened the contact and communication between the personnel stationed abroad and the headquarters, and paved the way for building an integrated, standard and service-oriented lighting design in the future.
