Yu Hua, the material control manager, analyzed the current delivery date data and abnormal delivery and receipt data of the supplier. Liu Huilin, the quality manager, combined with the abnormal quality of raw materials in the first half of the year, put forward practical improvement plans for suppliers. Dong Ming, head of the procurement department, explained the procurement policy and put forward the implementation plan to reasonably distribute the supply proportion.
