For traditional lighting companies with channels, e-commerce is a double-edged sword. If you use it well, you can create more benefits, but if you use it poorly, it will hurt offline channels. For new LED companies, e-commerce is a new window, and this window also has costs. How to solve offline services is also a problem. In general, in 2015, some enterprises may find some new strategies to make e-commerce and O2O a window suitable for their own enterprises. For all enterprises, the changes in the industrial environment should be fully considered, the attributes of the enterprise should be accurately judged, and the situation should be judged based on the characteristics of the industry and the enterprise to win development.
